Smith is reportedly pregnant with the couple's first child—and she showed off the beginnings of a baby bump while the couple were enjoying a post-nuptial lunch with some of their famous pals Sunday on the Hawaiian island of Oahu.
A source told Us Weekly, which was first with the pregnancy news, that Smith "had her hand on her stomach" throughout most of their wedding ceremony.
She was photographed patting her belly yesterday in a presumably similar fashion. A rep for Bartha hasn't yet returned requests for comment.
Smith, a personal trainer who's from Hawaii, was first ID'd as the Hangover star's sweetheart about a year ago and he popped the question in May.
They tied the knot on Saturday at Kualoa Ranch.
Among the guests who flew in for the festivities were Reese Witherspoon and agent hubby Jim Toth, Jesse Eisenberg and Ken Jeong.
