The former Real Housewives of New York star was seen smooching her new beau at midnight on New Year's Eve at the Mondrian South Beach hotel in Miami.
So just who is the lucky gentleman?
It turns out that the outspoken brunette has been spending some quality time with Michael A. Cerussi.
E! News has learned that the two are "dating" but nothing is too serious as of yet.
"She's enjoying herself and having fun," the insider explained.
Her new leading man is said to work in finance in the Big Apple, but has a vacation home in Palm Beach County as well.
It looks like Bethenny isn't afraid to show off her affection for her hunky boy toy, either.
A source told E! News that she seemed completely relaxed and was "having a great time" as she rang in the New Year.
"At the stroke of midnight, they shared a passionate kiss and proceeded to make out in front of everyone," the insider added.
But the lovebirds didn't end their PDA spree there…the two were also spotted getting cozy on the beach the following day.
Both flaunted their bikini bodies (seriously, they're both so ripped!) and took a few romantic dips in the ocean.
Bethenny and Michael (who goes by "Mac") then soaked up the sun in a private cabana where they were seen laughing and cuddling in the shade.
The talk show host is currently going through a drawn-out divorce battle with ex-husband Jason Hoppy.
Bethenny filed for divorce from Jason last January. They are parents to 3-year-old daughter Bryn.
