It's looking to be a very happy new year for Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting.

The Big Bang Theory star swapped vows with her tennis player love Tuesday night at, according to a source, Hummingbird Nest Ranch, which is nestled in the Santa Susana Mountains just north of Los Angeles.

Not surprisingly, Cuoco let us all in on her newlywed status by posting a photo this morning of her kissing her new husband. She wore a strapless light pink gown, while the groom—by that point of the night, anyway—was wearing a black shirt and pants.

"Yep :) #thesweetings @ryansweeting," she wrote on Instagram.

Wedding preparations have been underway all week, not least of which included Kaley making trips to the salon and the gym to get ready for peak bridal performance.

Cuoco and Sweeting started dating this summer and made their predictably stunning red-carpet debut during Emmys weekend.

And while they hit the fast track as a couple and were engaged by September 26 after only about three months of dating, the 28-year-old Cuoco said that she didn't have any reservations about taking the plunge with Sweeting, 26.

"From day one I just knew immediately and it's been magic," Cuoco told Entertainment Tonight a short while after saying yes to Sweeting's proposal (which came with a big ole diamond ring, too).

"We grew up with the same people, we just never met," she continued. "So I kind of feel that I've known him my whole life. I know that it seems a little crazy on paper, but it's what works for us."

And now their relationship is officially on paper.

This is the first marriage for both. Cuoco previously dated Big Bang Theory costar Johnny Galecki for a couple of years and was engaged to musician Josh Resnik. Not long before finding love with Sweeting, she was briefly linked to Henry Cavill, a romance that ended before the initial frenzy over their coupling even had a chance to die down.

"Life is so good right now. I cannot even tell you!" Cuoco said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in November, a festive veil perched on her head (a gift from her host, of course).

The pair were set up by a mutual friend, who encouraged the actress to meet the Florida-based Sweeting while he was in L.A. to visit a doctor.

She didn't want to, recalling to Ellen that she was in "kind of a weird place" at the time, but...

"We're still on our first date. He never went home!" Cuoco exclaimed.

Congratulations to the newlyweds!
