Phil Robertson may no longer be banned from filming Duck Dynasty, but the 67-year-old A&E star is still a magnet for controversy.

Almost two weeks after his anti-gay scandal broke, a video of Robertson from 2009 has surfaced in which he suggests guys marry girls as young as 15 and 16 years old (it's legal to marry at the age of 16 in Louisiana with the consent of both parents).

In the clip, Robertson preaches to a Christian congregation in Georgia about a young man he once met and gave dating advice to. "Make sure that she can cook a meal," Robertson says to the men in his audience. "You need to eat some meals that she cooks, check that out."

"Make sure she carries her Bible," the super religious duck hunter continues. "That'll save you a lot of trouble down the road. And if she picks your ducks, now, that's a woman."

"They got to where they getting hard to find, mainly because these boys are waiting till they get to be about 20 years old before they marry them," Robertson says. "Look, you wait till they get to be 20 years old the only picking that's going to take place is your pocket. You got to marry these girls when they are about 15 or 16. They'll pick your ducks. You need to check with mom and dad about that, of course."

Robertson goes on to preach about the importance of God, citing the Bible verse, "It is impossible to rightly govern the world without God and the Bible."

Earlier this month, Robertson was suspended from Duck Dynasty for likening homosexuality to bestiality in a GQ interview. "Everything is blurred on what's right and what's wrong," Robertson told the mag. "Sin becomes fine."

"Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there," he said. "Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men. Don't be deceived. Neither the adulterers, the idolaters, the male prostitutes, the homosexual offenders, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanderers, the swindlers—they won't inherit the kingdom of God. Don't deceive yourself. It's not right. It seems like, to me, a vagina—as a man—would be more desirable than a man's anus. That's just me. I'm just thinking: There's more there! She's got more to offer. I mean, come on, dudes! You know what I'm saying? But hey, sin: It's not logical, my man. It's just not logical."
