The 21-year-old singer and 28-year-old actor, who sparked romance rumors earlier this month when they were spotted together in Miami after a trip to the Bahamas, are definitely an item, E! News has confirmed.
Over the weekend, Miley and Kellan got their PDA on while partying at the unveiling of Beacher's Madhouse Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Multiple sources saw the lovebirds kiss and make out during the Friday night bash.
"They were making out and didn't seem to care who was watching," a source says. "It wasn't a secret that they were together."
"She kept grabbing him throughout the night, pulling him with her as she went to leave the venue around 3:30 a.m.," another source tells us. "You can tell he was into her, but at times he looked like he was uncomfortable with all the attention they were getting at the club."
In addition to kissing and hanging out together, Miley and Kellan danced together to Major Lazer's song "Bubble Butt," an apparent favorite of Miley's. "She got very excited when that song came on," a source says.
As for the status of their relationship, a source close to the couple tells us, "They have known each other forever. They have always been good friends but it turned romantic a couple of weeks ago. They are having fun together. They have very similar outlooks. I am not sure if it has a future but they have great chemistry so for the time being they are just having fun. Neither of them is planning anything long-term right now, they are just enjoying themselves. They are both spontaneous, fun people, so their personalities match."
