Malone/FAMEFLYNET PICTURESTori Spelling has yet to verbally address Emily Goodhand's claims that she had sex with Dean McDermott, but the actress and mother of four seemingly made a bold statement without saying a word on Sunday, Dec. 29.
When spotted leaving Benihana restaurant in Encino, Calif., it looked as if she may have not taken her wedding ring along for dinner—and E! News has obtained exclusive photos from the TV star's night out.
Spelling's BFF Mehran Farhat joined the Beverly Hills, 90210 actress for dinner. While McDermott was M.I.A., four of his children—Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 16 months—were there, too. (The Food Network star's son Jack, 15, lives primarily with his ex-wife, Canadian actress Mary Jo Eustace.)
The group of six arrived just after 7:30 p.m. and stayed for more than an hour. "When Tori came out of the restaurant she seemed stressed out and was not happy to see photographers," a source tells E! News. "She had her nanny with her to help with all the kids and she stayed tight-lipped when asked questions about Dean's infidelity. Tori did not make eye contact with anyone and just stared ahead."
While Spelling, 44, "looked stressed" on her way out of the Japanese chain restaurant, the source adds that the best-selling author "was very notably pleasant and receptive with her kids."
Indeed, Spelling seemed to be in better spirits during the meal. "Kids and I are having dinner w/ Uncle @mehranfarhat," she wrote in an Instagram caption. "I think he's more into it than them!"
Reps for Spelling declined to comment when contacted by E! News.
In the Jan. 6, 2014 issue of Us Weekly, Goodhand claimed she spent two nights with McDermott at Toronto's Fairmont Royal York Hotel in early December. The twice-married actor, who was in town to promote his Chopped Canada hosting gig, reportedly met Goodhand through mutual friends on Dec. 6. "He told me he and Tori had a sexless marriage," the 28-year-old told the magazine. "I believed him."
Goodhand insisted she "absolutely" used protection when she allegedly made love to McDermott. At one point, she claimed, the father of five even opened about his martial problems with Spelling. "He said, 'I love my wife. I love her so much, but she just won't sleep with me,'" she quoted McDermott as saying. "I didn't ask why because it was awkward."
Spelling—who's often used social media to debunk tabloid stories that threatened the sanctity of her marriage—has yet to comment on Goodhand's allegations. Instead, she has shared cheerful pictures and videos from her family's Christmas celebrations via her official website.
