Instagram DemBabies or DemBunnies? Snow bunnies Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon hit the slopes with their 2-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, in Aspen, Colo., on Friday, Dec. 27. And, of course, the proud mom documented her family's winter escapades by sharing a series of pictures via Instagram.
"Rocky on the slopes..first time skiing at 2.5... Come on! #aspen," Carey captioned in the first shot, which showed her smiling son wearing a white coat and a plastic helmet. A second photo featured "Miss Monroe" headed in her mother's direction, while a third picture showed "rockstarr" Moroccan making "his way to the x games with coach daddy."
Two days later, Carey shared two snapshots of herself shopping with her marvelous mini-me. "Nooooo pictures darling" (said like Monroe, everyday)," the R&B diva joked in one of the captions.
It's a good thing the twins have each other, but Carey doesn't see herself giving them a sibling. "If Nick could have the babies himself, then yeah, bring 'em on. We love kids," the Grammy-winning singer recently joked on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live. "Here's the thing: This is real. I'm responsible for the kids for like forever. I look at it like, they didn't ask for this lifestyle but here they are."
Carey was diagnosed with preeclampsia and gestational diabetes during her first pregnancy, and she doesn't want to replicate the experience. "To anyone who has ever carried twins, it is a totally different experience. You don't even know who you are," the musician said. "I had a very difficult pregnancy, but I was alone most of the time. We love Nick, but he's working. He's the hardest-working man in show business."
