Kylie Jenner's got Justin Bieber's back.

"He's always been so nice and he's such a good guy despite what everyone says about him," the E! reality star exclusively told me at last night's premiere of Justin Bieber's Believe at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live. "I think he's amazing. He's just been a great friend."

She added, "He's really cool. He's humble."

And does the 16-year-old Jenner think Mr. Bieber is cute?

"Of course!" she said. "Doesn't every girl think he's cute?"

Jenner was at the premiere with her two best friends. (Her not-boyfriend Jaden Smith was there, too). They arrived in a huge Hummer that belonged to one of her pal's managers—and Jenner is the one who was driving!

"I was like, 'Let me drive it!'" she said. "Oh, my God! I drove it all way here. It's like straight out of the military. It's a crazy car."

Also at last night's purple carpet event were Harry Shum Jr., Christopher Meloni, Usher, Mike Posner, Mad Men's Kiernan Shipka, Olympian Gabby Douglas, Meagan Good, Casper Smart, Holly Robinson Peete and Paul Walker's daughter, Meadow.

Things turned chaotic inside the theater when the event was temporarily shut down by the fire marshal after overzealous fans rushed the lobby.

"The lobby was secured by LAPD and site security staff," a fire department spokesman told E! News. "Our inspector oversaw the effort to calmly remove all persons from the lobby over a 20-minute period. Both ticketed and unticketed fans were removed. They then readmitted properly ticketed patrons to enter the theater. There were no injuries."

Check out more from the premiere tonight on E! News at 7 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.
