There is a new addition to Monaco's royal family!

Charlotte Casiraghi and her French boyfriend Gad Elmaleh welcomed a baby boy on Tuesday, Dec. 17, French publication Le Figaro reports.

The President of Monaco's National Council, Laurent Nouvion, made the announcement during a late night session of the Upper House, declaring, "The royal family has a new member."

Charlotte is the eldest daughter of Princess Caroline of Monaco and the late Italian businessman Stephano Casiraghi. She is the granddaughter of the late American actress Grace Kelly and Prince Rainier III.

According to Business Insider, the accomplished equestrian is fourth in line to the throne.

This is the first child for the Gucci model and the actor-comedian. The name for the newest Monégasque has not yet been revealed.

According to People, the couple met through mutual friends two years ago.

Elmaleh told the mag earlier this year that the 27-year-old royal "gets my jokes."

"There's lots of joy and excitement," the 42-year-old added about the impending birth. "I'm at a certain point in my life where building a family is very important."

Congrats to the new family!
