It's good to know that Miley Cyrus doesn't create controversy every time she steps out in public.

Just this Saturday, she enjoyed a dinner with friends at Tao's uptown location in NYC. "They seemed pretty mellow, nothing crazy, not drinking," a source tells E! News.

Cyrus tweeted a pic of her fortune from the eatery's signature large fortune cookies. It read, "If you got some action last night…smile."
