It's never bad idea to take another look at Freddie Prinze Jr.'s hot body.
And who better to gush over his muscled physique than his very lucky wife, Sarah Michelle Gellar.
"He's a good looking man," SMG told me at the TrevorLive benefit for The Trevor Project, a nationwide suicide prevention hotline for LGBT youth. "I'm not gonna complain!"
We certainly wouldn't either.
Lifetime had us fans in a tizzy when they released a still of Prinze Jr. from his then-upcoming appearance on the show Witches of East End.
The 37-year-old dad stands shirtless, showing off his six-pack abs and buff chest and arms.
Gellar said it was her Crazy One castmates James Wolk and Hamish Linklater who razzed her the most about the pic. "They kept sending it to me," she smiled.
On a more serious not, Gellar said she had a very personal reason to be at TrevorLive—her close friend Jason Collins.
Collins is the NBA player who came out as gay earlier this year in a cover story he wrote for Sports Illustrated.
Calling the move "brave and so courageous," Gellar said, "The way it changed his life and the support that he got from everyone, he's a different man. He's a better man now."
Collins was also at TrevorLive. "I've heard from a few athletes and people who are struggling with whether to come forward and make that decision," he told me. "I think all of us need to support each and every person who is living their authentic honest life."
The night's gala honored Jane Lynch with this year's Trevor Hero Award. Lynch was serenaded by many of her Glee costars with a moving rendition of "Smile."
The evening also included performances from Adam Lambert, Megan Hilty and Beth Behrs.
