Is there a new man in Courteney Cox's life? The actress is rumored to be dating Snow Patrol's Johnny McDaid after they were seen at Jennifer Aniston's holiday party in Bel Air, Calif., on Sunday, Nov. 8.

Cox, 49, and McDaid, 37, arrived together before joining fellow guests Gwyneth Paltrow, Chelsea Handler, Chris Martin, Robert Downey Jr., Kathryn Hahn, Jason Bateman, Tobey Maguire, Isla Fisher and Will Arnett. An onlooker told Life & Style that the actress and the rocker looked loved up, noting, "Courteney definitely looked like she was on a date! They were holding hands during the party."

Cox's rep did not return request for comment when contacted by E! News. McDaid's had no comment.

When the actress' ex-husband, David Arquette, phoned in to Howard Stern's SiriusXM radio show on Wednesday, Oct. 31, he revealed that Cox had recently broken up with her Cougar Town costar Brian Van Holt. He also let it slip that Cox was already seeing someone else—but it's unclear if that person was McDaid. "She's with someone who loves and cares for her," Arquette said. "That's all I care about."

McDaid is also good friends with Ed Sheeran, who just so happens to live in Cox's beach house. In fact, the "Give Me Love" singer and the Friends alum even spent Thanksgiving together—sparking rumors that they were an item!

"I read in the press that I'm now Courteney's younger lover. It's not true," Sheeran told E! News at the Grammy Nominations Live! concert in L.A. on Friday, Dec. 6. "It's very funny because I know the person that is her lover and I send them all the emails of everything. It's very funny."

Sheeran didn't reveal who Cox is seeing, but if she is indeed dating McDaid, we wish them all the best!
