BRAVOWhoever said wedding planning is drama-free hasn't been watching the Real Housewives of Atlanta.
On Sunday's episode, Kandi Burruss headed out with Mama Joyce and her assistant Carmon for an afternoon of wedding dress shopping.
Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a fun day quickly turned into an all-out war.
Before Burruss could try on one dress, Mama Joyce got into a verbal smackdown with Carmon after accusing her of sleeping with Burruss' fiancé Todd Tucker.
"She needs to get...out of here," Mama Joyce began to scream. "You ain't no d--k family...I will [mess] her up!"
As Mama Joyce took off one of her shoes to possibly throw at Carmon, Kandi managed to calm her mother down just in time. No catfights in the wedding shop allowed, ladies!
After the dramatic scene aired, Burruss went on Watch What Happens Live where she shared her feelings about her mother today.
"I don't care if she doesn't like my relationship. That's my mom," an emotional Burruss told host Andy Cohen. "I don't care what y'all have to say. That's my mama….she can have whatever she wants, 'cause that's my mama."
With all the family drama going on, could the marriage plans be delayed? Not so fast!
"We're getting married," Kandi tweeted to a fan Sunday night.
Luckily, the Atlanta ladies are heading to Savannah next episode for a girls bonding trip. Maybe Kandi can finally escape the family drama, for a little bit at least.
