It's time to launch E! Online's annual Celeb of the Year tournament, and we need your nominations. Last year, it was a vampire showdown as Robert Pattinson went up against The Vampire Diaries Ian Somerhalder in the final two. Pattison eventually took the honor of 2012's Celeb of the Year, but can he manage to take down the likes of Robert Downey Jr. and Beyoncé in 2013?
