The singer caught up with E! News at the Wet N Wild and Walgreens event she hosted on Thursday, Dec. 5 at Tao Downtown in New York City. The event benefited amfAR.
When asked if she would like a daughter to teach all her hair and makeup tricks to, the new mama exclusively revealed, "Of course, that would be amazing."
The Black Eyed Peas frontwoman is still trying to juggle all of her work commitments with motherhood.
"I'm still trying to find my footing," Josh Duhamel's wife explained exclusively. "I'm still figuring out how to balance it all. I'm kind of walking like this," she said as she imitated a tightrope. "But I think that's something all new moms can relate to."
The 38-year-old gave birth to her first child in late August. And even though he is only four months old, he is already emulating his mama and showing off his pipes!
"He's starting to try to talk to me and sing with me," Fergie said. "I'll sit there and I'll sing songs to him and he'll just look at me and he'll laugh and he'll try to chime in. He makes these really weird sounds! And I'll just clap like the proud mama I am."
Even though Fergie is cherishing these special bonding moments, she admits that she doesn't care if he wants to be a singer or not.
"I'll support him in whatever he wants to do, but it's just really fun with me as a singer right now, getting to have that little connection."
