It's hard to believe Paul Walker is really gone.

Whether you were a fan of his films or not, the general consensus that formed following the news of his shocking death in a car accident Saturday was that the 40-year-old actor was a generous, humble, down-to-earth guy who left a lasting positive impression on pretty much everyone whose path he crossed.

And then there was the way he looked...

The chiseled, blond, blue-eyed Walker was a sight for sore eyes in all of his movies, which also all benefited from his solid if not showy presence.

But of course he is best known for playing undercover FBI agent turned guerilla street racer and good-guy heist perpetrator Brian O'Conner in the Fast & Furious series.

Starting with The Fast & the Furious in 2001, Walker costarred with an ensemble that included, depending on which installment it was, Vin Diesel, Tyrese Gibson, Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris, Sung Kang and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and he was going to be in the seventh film when he was killed.

In honor of the late actor, a 2-minute tribute compilation of some of Walker's finest Fast & Furious moments has been posted to the franchise's Facebook page, taken from all five of his turns as Brian (he wasn't in The Fast & the Furious: Tokyo Drift) and capped off with an "In Loving Memory" message.

From his first meeting with Diesel's Dominic Toretto in the original to Brian and Brewster's Mia becoming parents to son Jack in Fast & Furious 6, the video has something for everybody, from the hardcore F&F fans to those who just want to keep looking at Walker in his prime.

Meanwhile, Universal Pictures has confirmed that production on Fast & Furious 7 is indefinitely on hold as they sort out what to do—if anything—with the footage that's already been shot.

"Right now, all of us at Universal are dedicated to providing support to Paul's immediate family and our extended Fast & Furious family of cast, crew and filmmakers. At this time we feel it is our responsibility to shut down production on Fast & Furious 7 for a period of time so we can assess all options available to move forward with the franchise," the studio said in a statement.

"We are committed to keeping Fast & Furious fans informed, and we will provide further information to them when we have it. Until then, we know they join us in mourning the passing of our dear friend Paul Walker."

And for now, there's this tribute video to Walker. Watch, enjoy and accept all the emotions that come with.

E! Online and Universal Pictures are both members of the NBCUniversal family.
