Miley Cyrus is celebrating her 21st birthday today (Nov. 23), and she marked the occasion by tweeting a selfie. Because, why not?
The "Wrecking Ball" singer captioned the sultry snapshot "soooooo close to birrrrfdayyyyy time thank you @marcjacobsintl for my early bday pressie."
The platinum blond pop star is staring straight into the camera in the yellow-tinted pic, sporting a T-shirt and black jacket.
Miley does look noticeably different, and it's not because she is one year older. While she made no mention of it in the caption or on her Twitter feed, her bleached brows are gone and she now has dark eyebrows.
Miley debuted her fresh new platinum blond/white hue brows Tuesday, Nov. 19, during a night out in L.A. where she met up with Miranda Kerr and Lily Allen.
The Bangerz beauty also showed off her newly bleached eyebrows in a close-up Instagram shot in her car on Thursday, Nov. 21. She is sticking out her tongue, in true Miley fashion, and is wearing minimal makeup.
Miley also shared a photo of her adorable dogs on her big day.
"All I could want on my birthday" she added along with the snapshot, featuring her beloved pups lounging on top of a Chanel blanket and matching pillows. Aww!
So, how is the Queen of Twerk celebrating this important milestone?
It won't be all play the next couple of days, because the 2013 American Music Awards happen to fall on the same weekend.
E! News has been told that she will spend her actual birthday rehearsing for the annual awards show, so that she can give what will surely be a memorable (and highly talked-about, we're sure) performance during the actual show on Sunday, Nov. 24.
Once the AMAs are done—it's party time! Miley will host a private birthday party at the theater of Beacher's Madhouse in Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, a hot spot that the young singer often frequents.
