But Beyoncé, who clearly doesn't need to worry about making rent each month, wanted to help her hubby promote his expensive menswear collection for Barneys New York, so she tried on a few items and posted a pic to Instagram. Like her look? Well, it'll cost you.
Queen Bey is wearing the Moncler leather sleeve puffer varsity jacket, which retails for a cool $2,295. She also appears to have on the $875 Just Don Mixed Exotics Brooklyn cap and $675 Cutler & Gross sunglasses.
In another Instagram shot, Blue Ivy's mama models the Elder Statesman Cashmere Ski Mask, which retails for $695. Perhaps she's even wearing a $33,900 gold watch or $12,900 New York ring from the line in the pic, just out of frame.
We can't snark too hard on these prices, though, because 100 percent of the proceeds benefit the Shawn Carter Foundation, which offers scholarships to students in need. And on Wednesday, Nov. 20, Barneys donated 10 percent of all proceeds throughout the store to the cause as well.
Hey, Jay might have expensive taste, but you gotta love Hov for putting that money to good use!
