Jennifer Lawrence wasn't feeling her best at the L.A. premiere of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire—not that you would know it by looking at her.

"I was getting this really bad abdominal pains for like three weeks and I did that thing where I'm like, 'I'm not gonna go to the doctor,'" she said during a Thursday, Nov. 21, appearance on Good Morning America. "I finally had a day where I was like, 'No, I need to get this looked at.' Now it's reported in the news that I went to the emergency room for gas, which is awesome. Let's confirm that!"

"They're saying it could either be in my lower intestine or all in my mind, so I'm gonna cross my fingers for it's all in my mind and I'm just crazy," she added. (Luckily, Lawrence didn't go into nearly as much detail as she did during her Wednesday, Nov. 20, appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman.)

Even if she weren't feeling ill at the film's Nov. 18 premiere, Lawrence still would have been uncomfortable on the red carpet. The actress caused a stir wearing a sheer Dior Haute Couture dress that exposed her toned legs—much to the Kentucky native's chagrin.

"I think any time a girl has to show her thighs it's never going to be her favorite look. I love the dress—if someone else wore it," she said. "It's hard for any woman to look at a picture of herself and [like it]."

The Academy Award winner also said that getting a pixie cut was an "impulsive" decision. "I was just like, 'I'm cutting it!'" she said of her recent makeover. "And then it was all gone."

While press tours can be taxing—especially when she's under the weather—Lawrence wouldn't trade her experiences for anything. "Most of my friends are still trying to figure out what they want to do, and I just feel so lucky," she said. "I'm doing what I love and I can do that forever."
