Apparently a dramatic slim down was just one part one of her transformation. Part two was a complete overhaul of her look—which means cleavage-baring tops are out. Last night she looked almost preppy in a black Oxford shirt layered with a soft gray sweater.
The cornrows and fuchsia strands are gone too. Her blond tresses were neatly tucked back into a low bun with a milkmaid braid posing as a headband. She did manage to add a bit of edge with a vampy dark lipstick and heavy magenta smoky eye effect.
Perhaps her more subdued style is due to her zen-like state. On last night's episode the singer insisted her singers practice yoga "to get more centered."
Whatever the reason, we're definitely fans of this new makeover. Keep it up, Christina!
