The glamorous tiara, which the fashion designer wore when she tied the knot with the former soccer player in 1999, is up for auction at Bonhams in London. The bidding will begin on Dec. 5.
The dainty and delicate headpiece, which was designed by Slim Barrett, is described as a "lattice circlet with four openwork lozenges of irregular outline, each with pavé-set brilliant-cut diamond detail and suspending brilliant and baguette-cut diamond drops, interspersed with four smaller diverse motifs, each with central brilliant-cut diamond bombé section, mounted in 18 carat yellow gold with integral hair comb fitting at base."
Simply stunning, if we do say so ourselves.
If you are looking to purchase this "East of Paris" coronet, it comes with a hefty pricetag. The tiara is expected to make between 18,000-25,000 pounds, or $29,000-$40,000.
This isn't the only item that was recently available for purchase from a high-profile English wedding. And it's fitting that the Beckham's were in attendance.
A piece of the grand wedding cake served at the occasion of Prince William and Kate Middleton becoming husband and wife in 2011 sold at auction last week.
So, was it sold for as much as Beckham's tiara is currently valued?
Not even close! The sweet royal treat sold for $4,160.
Still, that's for a slice, mind you, not the entire thing. Or even just a tier!
A rep for Julien's Auctions confirmed the selling price to E! News, but would not disclose any information about the buyer.
The eight-tier traditional spiced fruit cake boasted raisins, walnuts, cherries, lemon, grated orange, and French brandy. The lace-reminiscent decorations were actually inspired by a piece of Kate's wedding gown.
