The newly engaged daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Caroline Manzo took to Instagram today to share a stunning close-up shot of her massive engagement ring after her longtime boyfriend Vito Scalia popped the question earlier this week.
"@carolinemanzo won't stop buying me planners for my wedding. I've been engaged for like 2 hours Mom," the brunette beauty captioned the photo of her diamond bling on her Instagram page.
But Lauren isn't the only bride-to-be who's been making headlines this week!
Kaley Cuoco was seen grabbing lunch on Thursday, Nov. 14 with her family in Los Angeles, where she was photographed trying to grab some cash out of her pocket to pay the car valet, but her bling was so big that her ring wouldn't fit!
(Not the worst problem a girl could have.)
The Big Bang Theory beauty got engaged to her tennis beau Ryan Sweeting after just 3 months of dating and has since gushed over her future with her man, recently telling Ellen DeGeneres that "life is so good" and she is "very very happy."

Ciara, who recently got engaged to Future on her 28th birthday, also raved about her impressive 15-carat diamond ring by Avianne & Co while speaking with E! News at the CFDA Fashion Fund Awards in New York on Monday night.
"I always loved emerald-cut [diamonds], but then he also just went and took it in his hands and took his time on it and he's so sweet, 'cause he's like, 'I took my time on that.' That means a lot!" she raved about her fiancé's thoughtfulness. "He remembered exactly what I mentioned and then did his own thing, so I'm happy."
And last but certainly not least is Hilary Rhoda, who was proposed to by her longtime boyfriend, former NHL star Sean Avery, and flaunted her stunning engagement ring while getting ready backstage on Wednesday at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in New York City.
