During the lengthy visit, the reality star shared everything from her selfie tips to what she most dislikes about herself.
When Grimshaw asked about how she and sister Kim Kardashian manage to never snap a bad pic, Khloé revealed, "flash is our friend."
According to the brunette beauty, Kim is all about taking pictures using flash.
She explained that if someone takes a photo without it, "she wants to see you delete it."
Khloé added, "Girls love a good flash. Anything for a good photo."
The 29-year-old also revealed that her own voice rubs her the wrong way.
"I hate hearing my own voice," she said when asked if she watches old episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. "My laugh is so annoying. It makes me cringe. I have a really good telephone voice, though. I speak softer."
The two practiced their best raspy, breathy telephone voices while answering other questions from callers.
One fan asked what the best and worst things were about being Khloé, to which she replied, "I love having so many brothers and sisters, and they're my best friends."
But it's not always easy having so many siblings she noted.
"We fight a lot. It's not the worst, I don't like to look at my life as negative though, so eff a negative!"
Khloé shared that despite her family's hectic schedule, they manage to keep in contact through daily emails.
"We're constantly talking, we love each other!"
