The model and actress, who is most well known for her sexy appearance in Warrant's "Cherry Pie" music video, reveals in a new tell-all book her side of a hookup with the A-list actor.
"I unbuttoned his jeans and tugged down on his boxers," Brown, who was 26 at the time, writes about her experience with the then 19-year-old in Dirty Rocker Boys: Love and Lust on the Sunset Strip.
"(What) I saw made me gasp," she elaborates. "It made no sense. The kid put Tommy Lee to shame."
Some background: the duo met at the VIP lounge of the Grand Ville club in Hollywood in the early 90s. The pair then went back to her home, played TLC's hit "Waterfalls" and started taking off their clothes.
DiCaprio inquired if Brown had any sexually transmitted diseases and if she had been tested.
It's unclear if the tryst was a one-time thing; Brown later dated the Mötley Crüe rocker, before he left her for Pamela Anderson.
Flash forward to modern day DiCaprio; the Great Gatsby star had an eventful week, celebrating his birthday and turning 39.
