Alec Baldwin's alleged stalker Genevieve Sabourin will soon be behind bars.

On Wednesday, Nov. 13, Judge Robert Mandelbaum ordered 30 days in jail for Sabourin after she refused to stop interrupting in the New York City courtroom.  Per WNBC's Andrew Siff, Sabourin continuously interrupted her lawyer Todd Spodek, and when she didn't heed to the judge's final warning, was held in contempt of court.

Siff reports that Sabourin then went "on a rant telling the judge court officers molested her this morning." As the judge then consulted with the attorneys present, Baldwin's alleged stalker remained "sobbing" in the courtroom.

NEWS: Alec Baldwin takes the stand to testify against alleged stalker

The previous day, Baldwin tearfully testified against Sabourin, who was arrested in 2012 and charged with aggravated harassment and stalking after allegedly trying to contact the 30 Rock star at his NYC apartment. He told the judge he felt "extremely, extremely, extremely  threatened" by this and found the subsequent texts her received from the Canadian actress to be "disturbing" and also "threatening."

ABC News reported that Sabourin shouted out multiple times as Baldwin testified, including once when she purportedly yelled, "You're lying."

Her attorney has also asked that that Marty Bregman, a film producer, be added to the witness list. Baldwin claimed he only met for dinner with Sabourin "as a favor" to Bregman and provided "career advice" to the "mistress" of the producer. Bregman, however, denies having had a romantic relationship with Sabourin at all, telling the Daily News Baldwin is "lying."

"He was screwing two women," claimed Bregman. "One of them is his present wife [Hilaria Baldwin] and the other one, I presume, he was doing the girl in question." Baldwin has adamantly denied this. He testified Tuesday that he never had a sexual relationship with Sabourin, calling her alleged intrusion of his life "something out of Hitchcock."

Hilaria Baldwin is expected to testify.
