E! News has learned that Real Housewives of New Jersey star Caroline Manzo's one and only daughter Lauren Manzo is about to be a bride, now that her longtime boyfriend Vito Scalia decided to pop the question.
"We're engaged!" the 25-year-old wrote on Instagram with a clear view of the huge diamond sparkler that Vito gave his ladylove. The news quickly spread with her family members sharing their excitement on Instagram also.
Lauren's brother Albie wrote, "Any guess on what the big news is??? Congratulations to @laurenmanzo and @vitoscalia3 Absolutely couldn't be happier, love you both!!!!"
Meanwhile, her other brother Chris echoed Albie's sentiments, but also reassured fans that this wasn't another prank.
(Lauren tricked her fans into thinking she got engaged in 2012 and later tweeted that the proposal was a joke to spoof the tabloids who "make up fake stories" about her).
Chris captioned his photo with the happy couple, "Not a joke this time! Congrats Lauren and Vito, I love you both." And, of course, Caroline posted the happy news on her website saying, "My baby is engaged!!!"
Lauren told Us Weekly, "I'm so incredibly happy!! I'm in shock. I'm so excited to spend the rest of my life with my best friend. Well he was my brothers' best friend first, but I stole him!"
