The brunette beauty and her fiancé, Sean Lowe, already sent out adorable save-the-date cards this week showing their endearing sense of humor, and now they're swiftly moving on to other important elements of their big day.
And what detail is surely the most delightful for any bride-to-be? The gorgeous gown, of course!
According to Daily Mail, the 27-year-old star made the rounds in Los Angeles this week with her mom and future mother-in-law in search of her dream dress, and even tweeted a pic of a marvelous design by J. Mendel during her shopping spree.
Did she say yes to this dress? We'll have to wait and see, but it looks like she might very well be hinting at what's to come when she walks down the aisle in late January.
"My wife, Sherry, was in L.A. last week with Catherine and her mother shopping for a wedding dress," Sean's father, Jay Lowe, said in an interview. "Sherry said it was a picture-perfect day as they had tons of fun and tried on some beautiful dresses."
How charming!
As for the stunning silk J.Mendel Caroline dress she posted (and has since deleted from her account), it features a strapless silhouette with an intriguing origami drape and feminine layered skirt.
The elegant dress was originally made in a sand color for pre-fall 2012, and then was translated in ivory for the bridal collection.
We think the dress feels modern and sophisticated, and would make quite a stylish statement at her upcoming televised wedding ceremony!
