TwitterIt looks like Cory and Topanga get along quite well with their kids—IRL, too!
The Girl Meets World cast took a series of funny photo booth pics, posted Monday, Nov. 5, showing Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel with their onscreen kids Rowan Blanchard and August Maturo. The foursome sure look like they're having fun together, and that's because, as Danielle told E! News at the Hero Dog Awards last month, they really do love each other!
"We're bonding as a family," she explained. "We go to dinner all the time. We get together for cast lunches, and hang out with the writers. Making sure we all get along really well [is important], which is really easy, because we all love each other already."
"Those kids already feel like mine," the actress gushed. "I love them!"
Aww! So how did Danielle get ready to return to her Boy Meets World roots? "I didn't have to really prepare to much. Topanga is just on the other side of my heart, she's just right there, so it's very easy for me to tap into her," she said. "We are much more alike than we are different, so there wasn't too much preparation. Then the minute, Ben and I got into the same room together, it was just like coming home."
As for Ben? He was just excited about Cory and Topanga coming back to TV! "He sent me a text, and he said, 'I hope you're ready to be my wife again,'" Danielle recalled. She responded, "I never stopped being your wife."
She then joked to her onscreen hubby, "You're stuck with me for life," to which he wrote back, "No one else I'd rather be stuck with."
