It's here: The 2013 installment of Jimmy Kimmel's annual Halloween prank—where "terrible parents" tell their kids that they ate all their hard-earned Halloween candy and then film the reaction.

Is it mean? Sure. Is it hilarious? Definitely. And even though you know what's going to happen (the reactions range from "I hate you." to "I HATE YOU!!!" but there are always tears), it is as funny as ever.

Keep your eyes out for the girl at 2:30, who is truly heartbreaking. And make sure you stick around until the very end. You think you've seen it all, but you haven't.

For old times' sake (or because you want to watch more children cry), here are the first and second installments of "I Told My Kids I Ate All Their Halloween Candy." Enjoy!
