This Halloween week may have been a bit low on costumes (that was mostly last week in the world of TV!) but the small screen definitely didn't scrimp on the big reveals and game-changers.
Carol turned out to be The Walking Dead's murderer while Arrow's Black Canary was unmasked as a long-known, definitely not dead character. Patrick Jane got both stabbed and one step closer to finding out the identity of Red John on The Mentalist, while it was Patrick who had attempted to kill Conrad and Father Paul on Revenge. On The Vampire Diaries, Nadia was revealed to be Katherine's long-lost daughter, and a major character died on Ravenswood.
Yeah, the CaptainSwan kiss on Once Upon A Time was quite the smooch, but that was surprisingly not the biggest of the week's deals – Scandal's newest odd couple of Jake and Huck discovered some pretty juicy details of Fitz's past and that mysterious Operation Remington that Olivia is most definitely not going to like: it was most likely Fitz who shot down a plane carrying her mother.
Meanwhile, perhaps the biggest game-changer of all was this week's entire absolutely stellar episode of The Good Wife, in which all hell broke loose as Will learned that Alicia and Cary were planning to start their own firm and take their clients with them. If that show didn't have a firing-people theme song before, it certainly does now. Trust us, and our interview with Matt Czuchry – The Good Wife will never be the same.
So let's head into the weekend by watching Emma and Hook's kiss one last time, shall we?
