The singer and mother of two glowed tonight after deciding to go au naturel during a trip to pick up some Mexican food in Calabasas, Calif., with her adorable baby girl Maxwell and soon-to-be hubby Eric Johnson (who didn't get snapped in the photo by paparazzi).
Simpson kept it simple in a black-and-white ensemble which included a pair of skinny pants, black blazer and black high heels, while her daughter rocked a pair of jeans, a blue T-shirt and bright red high-top sneakers with a what-are-you-lookin'-at facial expression.
The family's dinner stop comes shortly after Simpson and her fiancé were spotted spending some quality one-on-one time in Capri for several days.
But the duo weren't just enjoying the European sights, E! News had exclusively learned that the two were scouting possible wedding venues in Italy alongside wedding planner extraordinaire Mindy Weiss.
The couple, who has been engaged since 2010, has named beautiful island of Capri as their top location choice (which isn't too shocking considering a lot of celebs have opted to exchange vows in Italy).
There's no word as to whether or not the pair has set a definite date, but rumors have been swirling for weeks that the two were aiming to have a wedding sometime in the spring of 2014.
