It's hard to believe that Jamie-Lynn Sigler gave birth just eight weeks ago. The new mom showed off her svelte post-baby body during an outdoor workout on Monday, Oct. 21. Layering a long-sleeved Henley over a black tank top and yoga pants, the Sopranos star went for a power walk in L.A.
Following 36 hours of labor, the 32-year-old actress welcomed son Beau Kyle on Aug. 28. The newborn weighed 8 lbs., 4 oz., at the time of his birth.
Sigler recently opened up about what it feels like to be a mother for the first time. "I get how they say you will never know what love is until you have a child," she told Us Weekly. "It's such an overwhelming feeling of responsibility, of love, of fear, of everything."
Engaged to 24-year-old baseball player Cutter Dykstra since January, Sigler said they're planning to tie the knot during a destination wedding in 2015. And while they'd like to give their firstborn child a sibling one day, for now, Beau has their full attention. "This little man needs his time!" the actress told the mag.
