Sandra Bullock on Success of Gravity: "It's Not My Doing, but I'm Along for the Ride"

Oscar winner is clearly thrilled at how well her sci-fi flick is doing at the box office

Gravity continues to soar at the box office, and the movie's lead, Sandra Bullock, couldn't be happier about it.

"It's not my doing, but I'm along for the ride. I don't mind it," the smiling Oscar winner told E! News while attending the Hollywood Film Awards in Beverly Hills on Monday, Oct. 21.

The sci-fi flick, which also stars George Clooney, has been No. 1 for three straight weeks and has grossed more than $170 million domestically since its release.

Of course, what would a conversation at this time of year be if it didn't include Halloween, especially seeing how Bullock and her 3-year-old son Louis always go out of their way to dress up.

"He chooses all Halloween attire and I oblige," the actress said regarding their skeleton costumes. "I was the Day of the Dead. And he chose the makeup, mom applied it. Mom took a long time to apply that makeup."

Over the weekend, the two were spotted attending a Halloween party.

Bullock wore black, white and red face paint, black lipstick and a black and white lace dress with a bone-like corset. Louis didn't wear any face paint, and donned a black and white skeleton jumpsuit.
