Keeping Up With the Kardashians matriarch dines in Los Angeles with Kim Kardashian's BFF

It looks like Kris Jenner has a new BFF.

After stepping out for dinner with Kim Kardashian and baby North West, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians matriarch and Kim's pal Jonathan Cheban headed to dinner at Nobu in Malibu, Calif. Friday night.

Fresh from her separation with Bruce Jenner, Kris looked to be in high spirits as she left the hot spot restaurant without her wedding ring on her finger.

But, the fun didn't stop there.

The next day the duo was back out together again, with Cheban joining Kris and Kendall Jenner as they headed into Intermix in Malibu for an afternoon of retail therapy.

Speaking of Kendall, Kris came to her daughter's defense just a couple of days ago when reports flew that she and Kylie Jenner were out partying at an over-21 L.A. club.

Calling the story a "big misunderstanding," Kris told E! News exclusively the girls "thought it was a private party after the fashion show," adding, "They were told the club was rented out for the night."

"The girls thought they were walking into a private event that they were paid to attend as part of a personal appearance as part of a fashion show after party."

Kylie and Kendall were on hand at the Day by Day show with Scott Disick before heading to the official after party for the event at Vignette.
