However, the past couple of days weren't all work and no play for Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry, who were each spotted tending to different duties recently. A few of our favorite U.K. residents also made some time to get sporty—and in Kate's case, show off an amazing post-baby bod.
The new mom flaunted a flat tummy and some abs (yes, abs) during a SportsAid Athlete Workshop earlier today, only three months after giving birth to Prince George. Talk about motivation!

Kate attended the event at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London and wore her (what now seems like) favorite ensemble: J Brand skinny jeans, navy Smythe blazer and Russell & Bromley wedges. The Duchess of Cambridge's outfit initially hid her toned physique, until Middleton began engaging in a friendly game of volleyball which caused her top to lift a bit.
Her brother-in-law also got some fitness in when he showed off his rugby skills during a coaching session at Twickenham Stadium in London on Thursday alongside students participating in the Rugby Football Union (RFU) All Schools Programme.
After getting rough and rugged on the field, it was time for Harry to switch his workout from physical to mental.
The 29-year-old royal was all smiles while being shown around the "Shock Tube" laboratory during the official opening of the Royal British Legion Centre for Blast Injury Studies at Imperial College London. Looking adorable in a a white lab coat, safety glasses and ear protectors, Prince George's uncle was shown around the London lab, leaving his royal mark on the new facility.
Last, but certainly not least, Wills stepped in for Queen Elizabeth II hosted his first investiture on Thursday, inducting Wimbledon champion Andy Murray into the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for his services to tennis.
In addition to Murray, William presented honors to Vicar Of Dibley producer Jon Plowman, broadcaster Aled Jones and conservationist Helen Butler. Queen Elizabeth II typically presides over investitures throughout the year, but as William shifts into his role as a full-time royal, he might be doing more of this in the future.
