Nicole Richie Affectionately Touches Pregnant Rachel Zoe's Belly as They Enjoy "Moms Night Out" With Gwen Stefani

At the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts Gala in Beverly Hills on Thursday, Oct. 17, Rachel Zoe and Nicole Richie easily reminded folks of what good friends they are by way of one sweet simple touch.

While chatting with Tobey Maguire's wife Jennifer Meyer and Gwen Stefani at the event, Richie could be seen gently placing her hand on the pregnant 42-year-old stylist's belly.

We can't help but wonder if she felt a kick!

Earlier in the evening, E! News caught up with Zoe, who is expecting her second child with husband Rodger Berman.

"You know what's strange, you won't believe me, but Greek salad," she said when asked about what she's craving this time around.

Later, Zoe happily posed for pics with fellow pregnant celeb Stefani and Richie, who subsequently shared a cool shot of the three of them on Instagram, captioning it, "Moms night out."

And while the Fashion Star judge certainly looked glamorous while rocking a Dolce & Gabbana number, we couldn't help but notice that the sheer dress also made for a rather revealing dress, exposing the gal's bra and panties.

But hey, if anyone can pull it off, it's definitely Richie.
