Your neighbor's Halloween decorations that look so much like real dead bodies that you freak out and call 911 don't seem so bad now, do they? (Yes, this happened, in Oklahoma. The guy said he was "just trying to scare people, that's what I like to do.")

It could be a light and music spectacle. That's a wee bit more distracting.

Synchronized light shows are nothing new—the viral hit of 2012 was set to PSY's "Gangnam Style"—and the first of the 2013 Halloween season is set to Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines," naturally.

(Naked models not included. Sorry.)

The setup, by Music and Lights AZ, is located in Corona de Tuscon and is surely not the last (or necessarily the most impressive) show we will see this year. Here is another show, set to "Sail" by Awolnation.

This Light O Rama Sequence is located in Naperville, Ill (H/T Laughing Squid) and if you're local, anyone is welcome to check out the spectacle, weekdays from 6:00-9:30p.m. or on weekends from 6:00-10:30p.m.

And if you live next door, you'll be enjoying the show every day. Whether you like it or not.
