The 31-year-old has settled into a home in Tennessee with fiancé Brandon Blackstock, E! News has exclusively learned. The "Miss Independent" singer and her husband-to-be have moved into a gorgeous $2.8 million dollar mansion in her home state.
As E! News previously reported, the engaged couple recently obtained their marriage license, and the two listed the stunning pad's address as their new not-so-humble abode.
A local source says that even though Clarkson is a household name, her fame doesn't have any affect over her neighborhood presence.
"When Kelly is here, she is home," the insider explained. "She is friendly to everyone."
The American Idol winner's fabulous digs sprawl across over 17,000 feet and include seven beds and nine-and-a-half baths, according to Zillow.
The beautiful estate sits on a four-acre piece of land and offers its own private, gated entry.
Walnut hardwood floors line the entire home and panel the library, and there's even an elevator for residents to take in a pinch.
A home theater makes for a good movie night, and the private gym takes care of having to work out in public—sounds amazing to us!
The lakefront pad also features a private dock for the engaged couple to enjoy.
Summer fishing trips and sunny days out on the water sound like the perfect way for the future Mr. and Mrs. Blackstock to unwind.
And by the looks of it, the two lovebirds are about to make things official any day now.
The two have only 30 days from the date their marriage license was issued to exchange their vows. How exciting!
So, it's only a matter of time before these two tie the knot and start working on the next chapter of their lives—babies!
Clarkson has made no secret that she's ready to become a mother as soon as possible.
"I want babies, like, right off the bat!" Clarkson said on Elvis Duran and the Morning Show earlier this month. "Well, I'm totally gonna have a girl. My first child will be a girl—I know it in my soul."
