Will you kneel before Reign?

That's what the CW is curious to know after the debut of their highly anticipated period drama on Thursday night, which introduced viewers to a young Mary, Queen of Scots, played by Teen Wolf's Adelaide Kane, as she arrives in France. But this isn't your grandfather's History Channel lesson; come on, this is the CW, so Reign is like Game of Thrones meets Gossip Girl, a mash up you never knew you wanted, but now might not be able to live without.

Well, at least we don't want to live without it, as Reign was one of our top five favorite new shows of the fall, but we want to know if you will be as loyal a subject to the series as we are planning to be...

Of course, it's not a  true CW drama without a love triangle, and Reign has a pretty good one: Mary finds herself between two brothers, Prince Francis (Toby Regbo),who has everything but doesn't seem to want any of it (including his marriage to Mary), and Bash (Torrance Coombs), the King's favored bastard son, who is surrounded by everything, but untitled to nothing (including Mary). Sparks fly between both of the couples and we can't wait to see how this love triangle unfolds, especially knowing that Mary and Francis will wed. (That's not a spoiler, it's in history books, people!) Also, Bash didn't actually exist!

Joining Mary on her journey into the dangerous battlefield that is the French Court? Her four BFFs, Greer (Celina Sinden), Kenna (Caitlin Stacey), Lola (Anna Popplewell) and Aylee (Jenessa Grant), who are also her ladies-in-waiting that learn pretty quickly how brutal their roles are. (RIP, Lola's boyfriend!)

In the coming episodes, viewers can expect to see several threats to the impending marriage and alliance, as newcomer Yael Grobglas will play Olivia, an Italian noblewoman who is an old flame of Prince Francis, and Manolo Cardona will play Tomas, the son of the King of Portugal, who proposes marriage to Mary. But other love interests aren't the only people Mary should be worried about as Francis' mother Queen Catherine (Megan Follows) is intent on making sure the couple never marries after Nostradamus prophesizes that Mary will cost Francis his life.

So to quickly recap: Juicy love triangle + epic costumes x political intrique = one of our favorite new shows of the season! But we want to hear from you: Vote in our Save It or Sink It poll below and then head on down to the comments to let us know what you thought of Reign...
