The Victoria's Secret fashion show will be missing one familiar face in its model lineup this year: Miranda Kerr.

That's right, amidst ongoing rumors that the Australian beauty and the lingerie brand were no longer amicable due to her "difficult reputation," Kerr set the record straight last night at the launch party for Stuart Weitzman 50/50 boots for Gilt in New York City.

According to Fashionista, the model simply said there were no hard feelings, but merely a scheduling conflict.

"They asked me to walk in the show, and I really wanted to, but I have to be in Asia that week," Kerr shared at the party, dressed in a simple black blouse tucked into classic skinny jeans. "It's interesting to know that it will be the first year that I'm not there!"

She went on to elaborate that it wasn't an easy decision, given her prominence as a Victoria's Secret Angel. "They are my family and we're all very close," she added.

And while we're certainly going to miss seeing Miranda strutting down the runway this time around, we can totally understand what it must be like balancing so many fantastic gigs all at once.

The gorgeous mom to baby Flynn and wife to Orlando Bloom has been busier than ever this year and to say that she's been in high demand would be an understatement!

She's been keeping up appearances at countless events, fronting every campaign as the face of Mango, not to mention pouring her heart and soul into her own beauty line, Kora Organics, which is quickly expanding throughout the U.S. and Australia as we speak.

Whew!
