She is No. 1!

Miley Cyrus' album Bangerz debuted in the top spot this week on iTunes and Billboard's Top 200 album, according to a release from RCA records.

The "Wrecking Ball" singer sold over 270,000 albums and the album hit the No.1 spot on iTunes in 70 countries, including Canada, Australia, Ireland and the U.K.

This is the pop star's second No. 1 album and besides Hannah Montana, her biggest sales week since 2008.

Bangerz also debuted in the top 10 in New Zealand, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, Argentina, Portugal, Sweden, to name a few.

So all in all, a pretty excellent week for the songstress!

The second place album finishers Panic at the Disco, tweeted "'Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die!' is the #2 album this week! So we're right behind @MileyCyrus & being behind a twerker isn't a bad view."

"Congrats this week," Cyrus responded with three emoji smiley faces and a follow-up tweet "lezzzz celebrate #topspotzzz."

Cyrus is still very busy promoting her fourth studio album, even though she is feeling a little under the weather.

"Miley still is battling a cold," a source told E! News. "She wore herself down through the VMAs to album launch and was exhausted after the Ellen appearance."

"This cough thooooooo," she tweeted with three emjoi faces wearing surgical masks after the Bangerz news broke.

Feel better Miley, and cheers to being at the top!
