Jenna Fischer just cashed in on a pretty sweet real estate sale.
According to the Los Angeles Times, The Office star has sold her Studio City pad for a cool $2.015 million, a nice little profit from when she originally purchased the property for $1.83 million back in 2009.
Just last year, Fischer also purchased a historical home in Glendale which once belonged to baseball legend Casey Stengel for $1.9 million.
Looks like this actress is investing her earnings wisely!
As for the Moroccan-style home in Studio City, it features a charming courtyard with a fountain, key elements for a tranquil living space without being too far from the city.
The hillside property stretches out over 3, 490 square feet space in total and also features stunning panoramic views, two cozy fireplaces, a butler's pantry, four bedrooms, four baths and a three-car garage.
We also couldn't help but notice the sizable kitchen, which opens up to an adjacent living room, making entertaining guests a breeze for the future new owners.
