Lindsay Lohan is more than a little freaked over a suspected stalker.

The Confessions of a Drama Queen actress was at Joseph's, a Los Angeles hotspot, on Monday night celebrating That '70s Show star Wilmer Valderrama's 24th birthday when an uninvited guest tried to crash the party to see her, reports the New York Post.

Bouncers refused to admit the man, who, according to the Post, has repeatedly tried to get close to the 17-year-old in the past.

A friend of the teen queen tells the newspaper, "He got his revenge by calling the cops. He told police Lindsay was inside and drinking underage."

However, a subsequent police raid found Lohan sober and sipping on Red Bull. The cops purportedly asked the redhead for an autograph and advised she file a restraining order.

Lohan's publicist declined to comment on the incident.

But a source close the actress said she is taking the matter seriously and expects Lohan's camp to take the matter to court to prevent the man from coming near or contacting her.

Lohan's been the source of much unwanted attention this past year. A suspected rivalry between her and fellow teenybopper Hilary Duff has fueled headlines ever since it was revealed that Lohan's onetime beau Aaron Carter had simultaneously stepped out with Duff.

At a premiere party for Duff's flick, Cheaper by the Dozen, the erstwhile Lizzie McGuire and her parents tried to have her teen rival evicted but ultimately 20th Century Fox execs sided with Lohan, who was an invited guest.

Duff responded by showing up to the red carpet premiere of Lohan's Freaky Friday with Lohan's onscreen boyfriend Chad Michael Murray.

Mee-ouch!

An actress since childhood, Lohan got her big break in 1998 with a two-fer role as the conniving twins in Disney's Parent Trap remake. After a self-imposed hiatus, she returned in 2003 with Freaky Friday, another Disney update, opposite Jamie Lee Curtis.

Lohan may be able to draw on personal experience for her next two features. She landed the lead role of a put-upon teen in Mean Girls, scripted by Saturday Night Live's Tina Fey and scheduled for an April 30 release. Then later this year she'll star in Gossip Girl about rivalry between spoiled starlets, er, make that private school kids.
