Miley Cyrus just can't stop showing off her killer abs.

And for good reason.

The 20-year-old "Wrecking Ball" crooner works hard to maintain her toned stomach, teaming up with famed Pilates instructor Mari Winsor to keep her bod in tip-top shape.

"When we work out we don't just do a couple of moves," Winsor told the Daily Mail. "It's at least a half an hour of working out."

"You have to learn how to not just tighten up your tummy but actually pull your tummy in to your lower back as much as you can," she continued. "Just doing 40 crunches a day isn't gonna do it for you."

The fitness guru, who revealed Cyrus recently installed a studio in her home for workouts, also dished to us about the secrets to the singer's hot bod, telling E! News Pilates keeps the starlet's body toned and her limbs long and lean.

"When she first came to me we worked together every single day for eight months straight," Winsor said. "She wanted to change her body for her new music career. She doesn't do the lazy stretchy Pilates, she does the real deal!"

Cyrus last showed off her physique in celebration of the release of her latest single "Bangerz," rocking black star-shaped pasties and a pink silk bra at two events in New York City.
