Celebrity nutritionist reveals the stars are fans of her Glowing Green Smoothie and why the drink helps people shed weight

There's no denying that Jenna Dewan-Tatum and Fergie are a couple of hot mamas!

We can hardly believe the first-time moms recently welcomed little ones into their lives, but their celebrity nutritionist Kimberly Snyder is cluing us into how she helped the gorgeous gals win the battle of the post-baby bulge.

The secret? A slimming smoothie, according to Snyder.

The food expert, who also worked with Drew Barrymore after her pregnancy, has Dewan-Tatum and Fergie sipping on her veggie-heavy Glowing Green Smoothie.

""All these women are very, very healthy and focused on whole foods, which is what the smoothie is," Snyder told E! News.

So, what's the secret behind this miraculous beverage?

"It has about 14 grams of fiber, and I keep stressing that fiber is a really important component of health and beauty because a lot of people just have juice or things that isn't pulling out the toxicity," Snyder said. "Fiber acts as the ‘Ongoing Detox,' so your system is constantly being cleansed."

So, really, the recipe is ideal for any gal looking to transform her body.

But if you have just had a little one and want to drop weight, Snyder also suggests kicking off your dinner with a big salad—which is also chockfull of that detoxing fiber!—and skipping oils. 

"Oil is very congestive; some oils are better than others, but it's difficult to digest and it stays in your bloodstream for hours and hours, so a little bit of avocado mashed up is better than the oils," she explained.
