Dancing With the Stars pro Val Chmerkovskiy's apartment building caught fire Sunday night and the hunky hoofer took to Instagram to share pics from the scene.
"Yes.. My house was on fire. I am now homeless #greatnewstocomehometo Thank god no one got hurt. Half the building burned down," Maksim's brother shared with a photo. In the pic, Chmerkovsiy stands across the street from the burning building, which has several fire trucks parked outside it. Her also shared a video from the scene.
Luckily, Chmerkovskiy is not homeless as he notes in the shot's caption.
E! News has learned that Chmerkovskiy wasn't home when the fire started but came home Sunday night to find the building ablaze. All apartments were evacuated and luckily his place did not catch fire.
The Sunday night fire clearly didn't distract Chmerkovskiy from Monday's night's DWTS performance with aprtner Elizabeth Berkley. Their sexy Argentine tango impressed the judges and earned them a high score of 27!
