Want to know how celebrities stay so slim? Well for some, it's in their contract.

In honor of Baywatch's 25th anniversary next year, the stars of the hit beach-set soap, which aired from 1989 to 2001, recently appeared on Entertainment Tonight, where they shared behind-the-scenes secrets from the show and even revealed there was a weight-loss clause in their contracts.

"If you did anything to gain or lose weight, etc. you were in trouble," Traci Bingham, who played Jordan Tate on the series from 1996 to 1998, confessed.

"[There] was a five pound fluctuation you couldn't go up or down," Nicole Eggert, who starred as Summer Quinn from 1992 to 1994, further explained.

David Hasselhoff, Parker Stevenson, Erika Eleniak, Brande Roderick, Gena Lee Nolin, David Chokachi and Jaason Simmons were all interviewed for the reunion special.

Pamela Anderson—who is still famous for her figure thanks, in part, to the iconic red bathing suit she sported from 1992 to 1997—was not in attendance.

Coincidentally, she was last seen showing off her bare breasts on a beach in France.

Are you surprised to hear of the strict weight loss policy on the Baywatch set? Tell us in the comments!
