"grateful for all your heartfelt support around these hurtful and cruel allegations. truthfulness will prevail i love you, x a," the 39-year-old rocker tweeted on Wednesday, Oct. 2.

According to the lawsuit filed Thursday, Sept. 26, and obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff, Bianca Cambeiro, says she worked for the Grammy winner from August 2011 to March 2013.

Cambeiro alleges the "You Oughta Know" singer and Treadway locked her in Ever's bedroom as he slept for the duration of her 12-hour shift. She claims the parents refused to let her leave under any circumstance.

The complaint states that Cambeiro wasn't given any breaks, including to eat a meal. The only time she was allowed relief, she claims, was when one of the parents was in the bedroom or if the day-shift nanny arrived to take over.
