InstagramKim Zolciak has made a habit of baring her baby bump on Instagram! Taking off her top and wearing only a black bra and sweatpants, the Bravo reality star showed off her growing pregnancy curves via the social networking site on Thursday, Sept. 30.
"Wiggin it to Walmart this morning!!!" she captioned. "This belly is soooo heavy!!!! Not too much longer! #twins #thankgodforsweats." In less than 24 hours, the picture was liked more than 21,000 times and received more than 700 comments.
In August, the 35-year-old exclusively told E! News that she's expecting twins with husband Kroy Biermann. "I was completely shocked. I had no idea. It was a natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised," she said at the time. "I can't believe I am going to be a mom to six children. It's going to be very busy but it's a dream come true."
The Don't Be Tardy stars are already parents to sons Kroy Jr., 2, and Kash, 1. NFL player Biermann legally adopted 16-year-old Brielle and 12-year-old Ariana from Zolciak's previous relationships.
