The E! star was spotted grabbing some Vietnamese food to go at 9021Pho in Beverly Hills.
Casually dressed with her blond hair down over her shoulders, Kardashian sat in the passenger seat of a friend's car upon picking up her meal.
The sighting comes as new details have emerged about her and West's three-month-old bundle of joy.
"Boy is she making herself known in the house," a source tells E! News. "She has these big eyes that just open wide and look around like, 'I want to say something!' She wants to talk so badly and she can't, so she makes these big expressions with her eyes."
The source adds that North has "big chubby cheeks" and that "when she was first born, she was so small, she didn't do anything for a long time, didn't make a sound. She was like five pounds. They kept her swaddled up so tight she looked like a caterpillar! But it's amazing how big she is now."
